Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries & Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a client, a highly respected boutique law firm, is seeking to recruit a competent and well-organised Legal Secretary to join their professional team in Nicosia.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
- Managing lawyers' diaries and scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
- Maintaining client files and records, both electronic and physical, in line with internal procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, email, and telephone enquiries, directing matters appropriately
- Liaising professionally with clients and other third parties
- Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day office operations and assisting with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a legal secretary or legal administrative role
- A relevant diploma or degree is advantageous
- Strong administrative and office coordination skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects and tasks
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Computer literate, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
Remuneration & Benefits
A competitive and attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience, including:
- Annual Gross Salary in the range of €17,000 – €22,000
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (including a 1.5-hour lunch break)
